Non PGA Pro’s- $300 MI PGA(Members/Apprentices) – $200
Amateurs – $175 MI PGA Junior Tour Members – $100
Fee does not include automotive golf car at Qualifying (mandatory) or Championship rounds. Players can enter online by clicking the link above or payment may be made by mail with cash, check, money order or credit card (VISA/MC/AMEX). Credit Card entries may be faxed to 517-641-7830. Only one entry may be filed per player. The Michigan PGA reserves the right to disqualify anyone who submits more than one entry.
Entry Deadline
Entry form and fee must be received in the Michigan PGA Office by 5:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, May 15, 2013.

Format & Eligibility
This qualifier will be an 18 hole stroke play event. The number of qualifying spots will be determined by a percentage after the entry deadline. Players will receive this info when they receive their starting times.
Open to all MALE golfers who have established and maintained a Domicile in the State of Michigan sixty (60) days prior to the Championship or any Michigan Section Member in good standing having been employed for no less than sixty (60) days at a recognized golf facility prior to the Championship. Upon request, must provide three (3) official documents to prove Domicile.
